CDRS was established to address the pressing need for alternative dispute resolution methods, providing individuals and companies with a viable alternative to litigation. We actively offer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, including ad hoc arbitrations, mediations, and chairing of hearings, both labour-related and otherwise
Our lead arbitrator and mediator takes the lead in this effort, leveraging their training from AFSA (Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa) and accredited through the University of Pretoria (UP | University of Pretoria).
Additionally, our mediators are trained by LSSA L.E.A.D (LSSA LEAD – Quality legal education for legal practitioners in South Africa) and accredited through DiSAC ensuring a high level of expertise in our services.
